The home has a fully equipped gym on the first level. Also, on the first level is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a full bath. The second level has a fully equipped modern kitchen, with a sleek induction cook top on the island and two additional bar seating options. The second level also has a full eat in dinning table that can seat 8 comfortably; with large windows overlooking the city. The entire home is equipped with smart lighting and each room has a remote so you can easily control colors and scenes. The living room has a large comfortable sectional that faces a nice fireplace and large flat screen smart TV, Xbox and Oculus Quest Virtual Reality system. The TV’s have all streaming apps and easy phone pairing functionality plus there is a great Rockville sound system. The living room also has a massage chair so you can get your full spa on. The sectional can be converted to two full size beds if needed to accommodate extra guests. The third level has two additional bedrooms 1 king and 1 queen each with their own separate full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet, flat screen tv, and spa like shower with double sinks. All bedrooms have high end beauty rest mattresses 7 firmness with plush top. As you make your way up to the roof top, there is a convenient mini bar before you enter the rooftop lounge with bbq utensils and wine cooler. The roof top lounge has amazing city views, with comfortable seating, a sauna, fire table, full barbecue and putting green. *don’t worry no chores required at this house. We have a professional cleaning staff and we want you to have a 5 star stay!* Guest access The whole home is for you to enjoy, we want our guests to have enjoy their stay and feel like they are at their home away from home ! The home includes a Xbox One S and an Oculus Quest 2, putting green⛳️ massage chair and rooftop sauna. We do provide the fire table, BBQ grill and propane tanks but due to excessive use and guests frequently leaving the propane tanks on we are not able to provide the propane fuel.
