This cottage can be booked as an add on to the main house at the Admiral's estate for an extra studio with hide-a-bed sectional couch, smart screen TV, lighting plus an extra bathroom shower and closet. Can also be booked individually. The space *** SUMMER SPECIAL, for all guests, 100$ per hour discount for boat charters. The landscaping is amazing and the location is awesome. Entire the property down the long private gated driveway and park near the garage. This property may have other guests in the main house also. Guest access Guests will have 1 parking space and access to the tiny house. Hot tub use is okay if the main house is booked or if no other guest is staying in the main house.
