I've been hosting for a few years now and wanted to share my experience with welcome packages. Here's what I've found works best: 1. Local Treats - Include some local snacks or treats that represent your area - Add a small bottle of local wine or specialty drink (if appropriate) 2. Essential Information - Welcome letter with WiFi details - House manual with clear instructions - Local recommendations and maps - Emergency contact numbers 3. Basic Supplies - Coffee/tea supplies - Small toiletries - Extra phone charger - First aid basics What do other hosts include in their welcome packages? Would love to hear your ideas and experiences!

Great suggestions! I also include a personalized welcome note with the guest's name. It adds a nice touch and guests often mention it in their reviews.

I've found that including a small gift card to a local coffee shop works really well. It encourages guests to explore the neighborhood and supports local businesses.
