Overview
We're looking for a driven Sales Representative to help grow our marketplace of premier vacation rentals and boat charters. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective hosts, guiding them through onboarding and helping them succeed on our platform. This is an opportunity to make a real impact at a fast-growing company with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-quality property and boat owners to join the platform
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with potential hosts
- Guide new hosts through the onboarding and listing process
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in our CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound campaigns
- Gather feedback from prospects to inform product and process improvements
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience with a track record of hitting quota
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and email outreach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling in the travel, hospitality, or real estate industries
- Familiarity with marketplace or SaaS sales models
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Prior experience working with vacation rental or charter owners
