Overview
We're seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to own and execute campaigns that grow both sides of our marketplace. You'll develop strategies across paid, organic, email, and social channels, working closely with leadership to build brand awareness, drive host acquisition, and convert travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the marketing strategy across paid and organic channels
- Plan and manage paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)
- Develop content strategy, email marketing, and lifecycle campaigns
- Grow organic social presence and community engagement
- Collaborate with design and product to create compelling creative assets
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
- Manage marketing budget and report on ROI to leadership
- Lead partnerships, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally at a consumer marketplace or SaaS company
- Hands-on experience running paid acquisition campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and email automation
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Excellent written communication and brand voice sensibility
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or real estate marketing
- Familiarity with marketplace growth strategies (two-sided networks)
- Video content production experience
- CRM and marketing automation platform experience (HubSpot, Klaviyo)
