Overview

Join our Customer Success team to help property owners and travelers have the best possible experience on our platform. You'll be responsible for building relationships with hosts, optimizing their listings, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of property owners and hosts
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize listing performance
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalations
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Create and deliver customer training materials
  • Identify and communicate product improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in vacation rental or hospitality industry
